Reporting Menu

Step-by-step guide on how to use the Reporting Menu.

1)    Select the Reporting Tab.

2)    The reporting menu runs in a separate window so you can continue to work within the application while generating reports in the reporting menu.

3)    Click on one of the categories to drill into the list of reports for that category.

4)    Now select the report you want to run.

5)    Select the Add Report Filters Link. Check-off the filter criteria and click the add button to add the filter to the report selection criteria. Add multiple filters if needed. (See below)

6)    Select the Add Range Filters Link to run the report by date range. Select and add multiple range filters if needed.

7)    Select the Add Sorting Link to have the report sorted by selected criteria. Select and add multiple sort criteria if needed.

8)    Click the View Report Button to create and view the report.

9)    Select the Clear Options Link to erase the filters, ranges and sorts for a report.
